Corporate Finance Unlimited Workshop, February 11 and 12 in Paris.
With BCG, you can discover the full extent of mergers and acquisitions—from the initial idea to the closing of the deal. Based on a real BCG project, you will gain insights into a live transaction and be given the opportunity to apply the knowledge you have acquired so far in a broader corporate finance context. Together with BCG consultants from our dynamic Corporate Finance practice and 50 students from top European universities, you will analyze the strategic rationale of the deal, assess the target company, quantify the potential synergies, and structure the execution of the transaction. Along the way, you will learn the methodologies and approach of the world's leading strategy consultancy and face new challenges that will allow you to grow further.
We are seeking university students who are studying finance, economics, business, or similarly quantitative subjects to attend the workshop. Prior practical experience in corporate finance through internships is welcome but not a prerequisite.
